Central Heating Repairs......
Got a problem with your boiler or you feel it's not working as it should be doing...Then we can help. All makes of boilers are catered for, whether a "combi-boilers", "heat-only boiler" or a "systems boiler".
Boiler Servicing.......
An annual service on your boiler is usually a condition for the boilers warranty.
Gas tightness test, visual inspection, flue gas analysis test, gas rates / burner pressure, check pumps and valves, check safety devices are working properly, serviced record, gas safety certificates.
Unvented Hot Water Cylinders....
An unvented water cylinder works directly from the mains water - the principles of heating are the same as vented by using an emersion heater rather than a heat exchanger, but because the pressure comes direct from the mains water the flow is much better.
The systems have many safety devices inbuilt to help it cope with the high pressure and expansion of water. You may find you have a small tank in the loft for venting and feeding your central heating, there is no need for a cold water storage tank.
Unvented hot water cylinders are pressurised systems which are fed directly from the cold mains water feed. Therefore they can deliver hot water at mains pressure, which greatly improves the performance of your shower and bath.
Unvented cylinders don't require a cold water storage tank, which is ideal for tighter spaces as well as offering more flexibility when sighting he cylinder.
